Global warming is now global cooling

I have noticed the rhetoric regarding climate change has almost died off, thank goodness. It is unfortunate that it has taken such an extreme crises, such as the economy, for people to move past the silliness of climate change.

"It's been a bad year for global warming alarmists. Record cold periods and snowfalls are occurring around the globe. The hell that the radicals have promised is freezing over." Click here for more.

and yet we still have world leaders talking about "fixing" climate change; the global warming industry will not give up so easily and horror of horrors the king of the fraud artists Al Gore having a role in the new Messiah's government; now thats a real scary hidden agenda

Right after I get off you about homosexuals, here I am seeing you touching the other hot button issue, not with a gentle poke, but by beating the shit out of it with a baseball bat.

Here is another issue I have with your party. You have to at least recognize that global warming is occurring. If you do not at least recognize that then it tells me that you ignore science. That is the worst thing your party could do.

If I was in charge of the conservatives this is exactly what I would do about global warming.

Firstly, I would openly admit that it is occurring, and that Canada is one of the worst polluters in the world per capita. Secondly, I would challenge the established norm of carbon taxing, and I would also challenge the Kyoto accord in its effectiveness. I do not believe theses are the ways to fix the problem. I would instead talk of increasing the SCIENCE in Canada in order to put the best minds in the country on the problem, such that in this tough economic times we are creating research jobs, AND we are not investing in risky new taxes.

As for religion, I would put a chain a collar on every CPC MP and tell them that IT IS AGAINST EVERYTHING CANADIAN TO MIX RELIGION AND POLITICS. You are perfectly willing to hold your beliefs but it is no ones business and if you are ever caught legislating based on your RELIGIOUS beliefs then you will be removed from the party.

This is a conservative party I would not shutter to vote for. One that is nearly the same as it is but without the religious CRAP and with the science and technology.

Phil, you are so young and naive with much to learn. But I am glad you are able to use my blog to express your opinions. Good luck as you begin to educate yourself.
